Reading new releases in search of hidden gems can be difficult – I know this from experience. For years, I have studied the new book release list each month and picked out books I want to read. This has caused me to find some of my absolute favorite novels. On the other hand, this has also caused me to read some books that have been absolute wastes of time. Through this blog, I am able to record my reading (and hopefully help you to choose what to read in the meantime).
I love books about the Golden Age of Hollywood; murders in rich, so-called perfect circles; the occasional cutesy romance; teenage detectives; and above all, hidden gems. I hope I can help you find them.
